Description
Reluctantly selling our much-loved Lunar Quasar FB 2007, a fantastic family caravan that has given us brilliant holidays across Derbyshire, the Lake District, and the Highlands of Scotland. Only selling as the kids have now outgrown it.
This is a great example of a lightweight twin axle caravan, offering excellent stability on the road while still being easy to tow without needing a large 4x4.
- Twin axle for superior stability and safer towing
- MTPLM: 1600 kg
- MIRO: 1310 kg
- Total length: 7.9 metres
- Lightweight for its class – easily towed with a 2.0L Ford Kuga diesel
- Fixed bunk bed layout (FB) – practical and family-friendly
- Spacious interior with plenty of storage
- Ideal for families or couples wanting extra comfort
- End bathroom, always the best, spacious with shower cubicle.
This caravan tows exceptionally well. The twin axle setup makes a noticeable difference compared to our previous single axle caravan, with far less sway and much better control.
We’ve comfortably towed it through the Peak District and as far as Glen Coe without any issues. It’s a genuinely stable and confidence-inspiring caravan to tow, even on longer journeys or mixed terrain.
- Well cared for and regularly used for family trips
- Clean and tidy for its age
- Comes with some accessories, waste master, water hog, awning, two locks.
A reluctant sale – this has been our favourite holiday vehicle, but the kids have outgrown it and it’s time for something different.
A brilliant, lightweight twin axle caravan that’s easy to tow, stable on the road, and perfect for family adventures.
Bank transfer preferred.
