LUNAR LEXON 2010 SB

Description

We are 2 old codgers giving up our days of caravanning for a more sedate 'static' life and are now selling our touring caravan which we have owned since new. It has only been used by the two of us.

The pictures show the layout with 2 fixed single beds in the bedroom which can be closed off by way of a concertina door. Alternatively the bathroom door can be opened outwards thus closing off the bedroom and bathroom and leaving the lounge like a lounge. Beneath each bed is a large amount of storage space.
The sofas in the lounge pull out to make a further double bed, with plenty of storage space below the seats.
The top of the small drawers in the lounge pulls out to make a small table, big enough for two. There is a larger folding table fitted away in its own dedicated cupboard.
The shower is in its own cubicle and not combined with the washbasin and toilet.
We chose, on purchase, to take out the small window in the roof, above the cooker so that an extractor fan could be fitted instead to diminish cooking fumes.
The sofas have never been sat on without covers since the day we started using the van and hence are very clean. We removed the carpets in the lounge on the day of purchase and stored them as we didn't want to dirty them. We have now replaced those carpets. We put down carpet runners for our own use.
There are multiple overhead cupboards around the van, 6 in the lounge and 6 in the bedroom. The wardrobe is very adequate and holds plenty.
The gas cooker has 4 rings, a glass lid, a grill with grillpan, a good sized oven and a pan storage drawer below. There is a fridge with a small freezer area and also a food cupboard.
There is an inbuilt alarm system, a microwave oven, a radio and tv aerial.
The front locker holds the gas bottles and has space for everything you need. As we won't be caravanning again this comes with as much equipment as you may need :
Remote control motor mover
Security hitch lock and wheel lock
2 water barrels
1 grey waste barrel
Leisure battery
At least 2 gas bottles (unsure of what is in them)
Front steps
Lightweight porch air awning
Spare wheel and carrier
Fire blanket & fire extinguisher

There is an outside electrical point housed inside it's own l locker plus an outside gas accessories point used a lot for bbq's.
Other bits and pieces to start any new caravanner off if wanted.
