36ft x 12ft solid wood cabin. Fully insulated for residential use. 2 good size bedrooms with built in storage. Bathroom with large walk in shower. All electric ( no gas) radiators throughout. Completely dry, no damp/ mould. Roof will need some TLC soon, but no leaks or any major issues. Needs to be transported on a low loader, does not come apart for being transported. Has wheeled bogie for easy manouevring into place. Needs to be moved from present location before the 15th Jan, as the land has been sold.
