Description
I've been able to use this lodge very little due to being based far away. So I'm reluctantly letting it go. Someone else will be able to enjoy this fantastic part of the world.
Excellent condition with lots of added features. Wide decking on two sides. Beautiful views of Loch Sween and Jura. The living room is airy, comfortable and filled with light. Two sofas (one is a double sofa bed). The living room adjoins a dining area and contemporary, fully equipped kitchen with fridge-freezer, large five ring hob, oven, microwave and high quality kitchen fittings. Two double bedrooms, master bedroom en-suite, kingsize bed. The second bedroom comes with twin beds and, like the master bedroom, has plenty of storage space, mirrors, and both bedside and overhead lighting.
Bathroom with walk in shower and attractive contemporary fittings and all in great condition.
Gas central heating. Double glazing. 6 berth.
2022 Atlas Debonaire. A 12 month licence means you'll be able to use the lodge year round. Site fees for 2026 paid and included in sale. Moderate on-going site fees.
Underneath lodge area enclosed, matching the decking and providing extra storage. Deck furniture in good condition offered as part of sale. Generous parking space. Various excellent condition household items also offered as part of sale: smart television, vacuum cleaner, kitchen items.
Castle Sween Holiday Park is a quiet, peaceful and well managed site on the shores of Argyll's beautiful Loch Sween. It has a well-run small cafe-bar and restaurant and a shop, laundry and gym. Stunning sea views, loads of green space, a small beach right on the sea loch for swimming or sailing.
Easily accessible from Glasgow, Edinburgh and many parts of Scotland and England, this is an area of immense natural beauty. Incredibly peaceful. Beautiful unspoiled beaches such as Kilmory are on your doorstep, and the area is steeped in history including the riches of Kilmartin Glen and the historic Crinan Canal. Ferry access to the islands within easy reach. Lochgilphead for shopping is an easy drive and lovely villages like Tayvallich and Achnamara are nearby.
