Here we have a lovely Elddis Avante 564 caravan in great condition manufactured in 2013.

The caravan has a rare layout, very few of these were made in this layout. It incorporates two separate seating areas one at the front and another towards the rear, both of which convert to double beds. There is a table at the rear seating area and also a separate table stowed away for the front seating area. A pull - out table is also included above the drawers in the front middle cabinet, ideal for breakfast time!

It has many features including the following:-

100w Solar panel and controller for main leisure battery as 12v caravan supply. Battery voltage display shown on main caravan control panel.

Additional 120W solar panel and controller (with voltage display) linked to 1500w (3000w peak) inverter and second leisure battery providing constant 240V supply whilst off grid.

AVTEX Dual voltage (12v / 240v) TV for use on and off grid with powered aerial connection.

Thetford Cooker with three gas hobs and one electric hob for use when on hook up to save gas. The cooker also includes a separate grill and oven.

Thetford three-way fridge (12v / 240v / gas) with integral freezer compartment.

Daewoo Digital Microwave Oven.

Clarion Radio / CD player with Aux input and two great sounding speakers.

Whale water system with pump and pipe for external water barrels.

Whale water heater which works both on 240v and gas (two heat settings when on hookup).

Thetford cassette toilet with integral electric flush.

Whale blown air heating system with warm air vents throughout the caravan including the batheroom. This system works on either 240V or gas as required.

All living area lights and external door light are LEDs.

Whilst the caravan is shown with wood effect flooring, it also comes with the original fitted carpet set.

It is fully double glazed and has a number of roof vents including a large roof window / hatch directly above the front living area.

All windows have retractable blinds and the front door has a fly screen / integral bin.

There is loads of storage in the caravan, more than we have been able to make use of and also a full height double wardrobe towards the rear.

The tyres are like new and there is a spare stowed underneath the caravan.

In the front external cupboard there is space for two 6kg gas bottles.

The caravan will include a Stronghold Winterhoff Caravan Hitchlock for security.

There is a very comprehensive document pack which includes instruction manuals for all equipment in the caravan as well as CRIS registration certificate and many services.

A Powertouch Freedom motor mover is fitted which comes with remote control so the caravan can be moved around as required for parking / pitching without needing to do this with the car.

We paid £13,999.00 three years ago and the caravan is still in very similar condition to when purchased so we believe that it is excellent value.
