This 5 berth caravan is in great condition for the year. The caravan comes from a non-smoking home with no pets.
This caravan has an extremely practical layout. At the front, the spacious lounge area has two single beds or a large double utilising a pull-out slat system. There is plenty of storage in the overhead aircraft style lockers and also under the seats which have access via doors at the front. There is a fold-out table which can fit between the seats and has its own stowage within a cupboard.
A well-appointed kitchen is positioned in the mid-section. The kitchen has a four ring hob (gas), separate grill and oven, 3-way fridge with ice box and a very large stainless steel sink and draining board. There is ample food/utensil storage space and worktops. There is a small rooflight situated above the cooker.
The compact wetroom has a Thetford cassette swivel toilet, fold-down sink and a mirror. Within the wetroom is also a shower. Next to the bathroom is a good sized wardrobe.
At the rear of the caravan is a second sitting area which can be converted into 3 berths. A bunk folds out of the side wall over a pull out double bed. Overhead lockers are above the beds. Under the berths is yet more storage. This rear bedroom area can be partitioned off from the rest of the caravan.
All windows are fitted with independent blackout blinds, fly-screens and curtains. There is a stable door also fitted with a fly screen and an awning/exterior light.
The Truma blown air heating/space heater and water heater all work off electric and gas.
This is an ideal caravan for a great family holiday with the caravan able to be towed by an average sized family car.
