Description

Lovely lightweight caravan, still have original documents and manuals. It’s from 90s but has a retro 60/70s look. I started to rebuild it in a more space-efficient way (campervan approach and layout), but sadly have to give up and let it go. Really good shell and I mainly did work to improve that so far.

Systems:
Mains – all working, hook-up/extension cables included
12V – all working, charges via mains or car hook-up, newish 120 ah battery (70% charge left after this cold winter so it a very good state).
Gas – all working, 2x 7kg bottles included
Water – taken apart, no pump or pipes, new inlet and outlet to empty the system, original sink and tap, original boiler (not tested, but gas fires up)

Appliances:
Fridge – fully working on 240V, 12V and gas
Cooker – fully working
Grill – untested
Cassette toilet – untested but I don’t see why it wouldn’t work
Heater – seems bust, but I haven’t really investigated it
Sink and tap – works but currently disconnected from water and 12V supply
Boiler – gas fires up, otherwise untested (didn’t have a right pressure pump). The boiler hole is filled in but easy to re-open

Other:
The soft parts are there, but the upholstery from main berths was trashed so it’s just naked mattress foam, seating at the back is still in tact.
One of the windows was smashed, so I fixed it with Perspex sheet, layers of insulation and final interior wood bit. That did well on multiple trips (including motorways at speed) and throughout the winter. If you can find the correct size window, that can be easily retrofitted.
All windows and skylights are in tact, opening-closing, water-tight.
New main door locks, new gas compartment locks, new antitheft tow lock, keys for toilet cassette. Multiple set of keys for most locks.
New door seals done last summer.
Gas drop holes have new steel mesh grid installed at the bottom of the caravan (solved the rodent problem).
New flooring at the front (I planned the bed and functional space under it) with insulation and rubber. The rest of the insulation roll is included – enough for entire floor.
Bathroom shower tray and toilet are there, but the shower/sink plumbing was taken out. It seems there was internal leakage as the walls are damaged and need work.
Other stuff like steps, parking legs winders, additional rear view mirrors, aqua roll, etc.
A lot of original parts that I taken out (berths, cupboard, bunk bed, etc) are there, so could be retrofitted.

Open to reasonable offers.
