Coachman caravans are renowned for build quality. This 2010 460/2 model is no exception, it is lightweight and easy to tow. Sadly, we are retiring from caravan life hence the sale. All fixtures and fittings work, all appliances work as they should. Last year 2 brand new tyres were fitted to the alloy wheels, as well as a brand new complete jockey wheel. There is an evolution auto motor mover fitted. Just press a button on the handset to engage and steer. Also included is a Dorema full awning, worth new over £1k, which more than doubles your usable living space. Handy for putting up extra guests or family. The awning is virtually new, clean and no damage. Comes complete with poles, pegs, ground sheet etc. As I've had enquiries regarding the awning, I will consider the sale of the caravan separately. Therefore the caravan is now priced at £4,500.00 plus the awning @ £450.00. I will only sell the awning once the caravan has been sold, to give the caravan buyer the chance to purchase both items.
Internally, there is a good size full bathroom, which also houses a wardrobe and 2 drawers. The kitchen houses a sink, drainer, 4 ring gas hob with ( unused ) oven and grill under. Fridge with small freezer, microwave. There is a built-in radio. The lounge seating converts easily to a large double bed, or two singles beds. There is a factory alarm system. All documents/ manuals for the built in appliances are present. There is masses of storage space throughout. Also supplied are 2 Aquaroll water butt's. 1 wastemaster butt for grey water. Various tubes and hoses, external water pump, electric hook up lead etc.
