Caravan project. Great for office or getaway space

I have used this space for the last 3 years to live part time and use as an office space. It has been an on going project but has never got finished. It’s time for a new owner to give it a new lease of life.

Lots of work has been done, so it’s a great start for anyone looking for a caravan project this year.
I have installed 2 new roof vents, solid mahogany parque kitchen worktop, solid oak floor and solid pine worktop.
Gas heater and kitchen stove works and comes with a gas bottle. 2 water containers included. It comes with a electric mover for moving the caravan (I have never used it but the last owner said it worked when they used it) Battery for power is included too.
As I need this gone I haven’t had time to give it a lick of paint, so I will include the two paint colours so you can touch it up and know the colours you need if you keep it that colour.

This is a great bargain as I have spent more on it then I am selling it for. The outside electrics work for the lights and the tyres (brand new) and wheels are in good shape to be moved.

I am up for taking offers and if gone by 25th I am happy to knock of another £100
