Bessacarr 625GL caravan, approx 2001 model.
A spacious twin axle caravan perfect live-in, festivals, long-term building contracts, temporary accommodation etc, could be easily used as a tourer all the same, just needs 240v hook up.

This is a dry, solid caravan with practical upgrades, set up to be used on electric hookup without relying on gas.

Gas system has been decommissioned, would need recommissioning if required
Cooker fitted but not used/tested by us - we always used air-fryer, microwave and electric BBQ
Original water system had some leaks where push-fits were failing with age:
Pipework under kitchen and bathroom sinks replaced
Small leak remains behind shower that will need attention - lots of spare pipes and connectors, I just don't have the time
Air con works but takes a little time to get cold
Body has a few minor dinks, no accident damage, some small splits in plastics.
Has been cleaned internally, but will be areas that could do with a deeper clean
