Bailey Unicorn Valencia 2012 in lovely condition, and owned by us since September 2023. Everything inside and out of the caravan works as it should, and comes with loads of extras, ready to hook up and go. Loads of service history with the caravan. The only reason we are selling is due to our family commitments sadly we don't have the time to use it any longer, so would rather someone else have the enjoyment out of it. Listed below are all the features and what is also included with the sale of the caravan.

Working alarm system on the caravan
2 Electric hook up cables, i think one is roughly 40 meters and one 25 meters roughly.
Mains hook up adapter to plug into 13 pin household plug socket.
quattro motor mover, manual engage one, really easy to use and saves tons of time.

Exterior gas point on outside of caravan
Exterior 3 pin plug socket covered on the side of the caravan.
It has its own fresh water system built into the caravan.
JVC Radio/CD player inside of caravan.
Small tv will be left in the caravan fitted onto the swinging bracket at the foot of the fixed bed.
Spare wheel with brand new tyre (never used) in the tray underneath the fixed bed.

2 sets of usb sockets fitted for phone charging etc.

Wooden vinyl effect floor with the original beige coloured bailey fitted carpet mats.
Original purple coloured cushions and curtains from new.
New hitch pads fitted October last year. O rings also replaced.
New lock fitted on one of the outside lockers as one failed.
I think it also has a set of Tyron bands fitted to the inside rims of the wheels to stop the tyres coming off in the event of a blow out.
2 sets of keys for the caravan, along with 2 working remote alarm fobs.


We will also include a SunnCamp Platinum Optima 390 deluxe awning with the caravan. We brought this not long after we brought the caravan. There is two bags of spare poles with the awning, as it was second hand when we brought it, so have to mix and match the poles a bit, but works and fits great.

There is loads of service history with the caravan, the latest being September last year when we had it serviced, the O/S wheel bearing was also replaced straight after the service was completed.
Full Bailey folder with service handbook, owners manual, all service reports we had given to us when we brought the caravan, instruction manuals for all the appliances inside the caravan.

The only niggle we have had with the caravan is the middle window on the front does suffer from a bit of condensation throughout the winter when in storage, but when in use and during the summer, it has always cleared up and works normally. (seems to happen through the colder months).

The caravan overall is in amazing condition inside and out, but please bear in mind this is a 2012 model, so there is the odd mark on it here and there, but nothing to ruin the condition of the caravan overall.
