Selling our 2013 Bailey Unicorn Cadiz due to upgrading
4 berth with fixed single beds to rear of van and front double made up from sofas.
Great layout for both families or couples.
CRIS registered to me.
Motor mover fitted
Sale includes Isabella Magnum awning and awning carpet, Aqua roll with winter bag , waste water holder with bag.
Will also include battery, 2 gas bottles (1 is empty) and alko wheel lock and hitch cover.
Carpets throughout - are removable.
All blinds and black outs work.
3 roof lights and panoramic front windows.
Lots of storage , full wardrobe in bathroom with laundry tub.
Both single beds lift for lots of storage underneath.
Includes dining table stored under one of the single beds.
External gas port with fitting and external 240v socket. Hook up cable also included.
Lots of sockets inside caravan and 2x TV Ariel and radio/cd with removable front in case.
Have upgraded to a digital Alde display which is far easier to use than the old type.
