The caravan is in VERY GOOD CONDITION & CLEAN THROUGHOUT! It is the 2010 model, so has a few minor signs of wear inside and out, as would be expected for its age but nothing horrendous or which spoils the look of it. It presents beautifully and has been very well looked after with only 3 owners from new (including myself).

GENUINE REASON FOR SALE:
The previous owner had this caravan for 2 years. He purchased it to use for holidays with his elderly wife, but she became ill and they landed up never using it! I purchased it from them in the summer of 2025. At that time, I lived in Torquay and was sole carer for my elderly uncle, who lived alone in Swindon. I had been making the regular 3-hour drive to Swindon to take care of him and when doing so, stayed overnight in local hotels, but this was proving to be expensive - so I purchased this caravan for that purpose and towed it to my uncles large garden in Blunsdon village to use as future accommodation on my visits. Very sadly, only a couple of months later - my uncle passed away. I am selling it because I purchased it for this reason only and now no longer need it and wont use it again. This is the only reason for the sale.
