Ace aristocrat caravan 4 berth caravan only 2 owners from new in excellent condition no damp or rot anywhere loads of receipts of services and maintenance always been dry stored when not in use , motermover fitted large rear shower room with separate toilet and wash basin ,there's a side dinette which turns into bunk beds , kitchen with a full size cooker oven, grill and hob ,fridge and small freezer, sink , at the front of the caravan there's a L Shaped seating area which makes into a double double bed , alloy wheels ,new tyres last year ,good spare waste hog , step ,upholstery is in fantastic condition Everything works as it should
