The fixed bed has a new memory foam mattress that's less than 10 mths old. Large storage area beneath the bed that's ideal for stowing the Awning. Large wardrobe in bedroom area which houses power control box.
Kitchen consists of cooker with 3 ring hob and hot plate, oven and saucepan storage. Stainless steel sink with lever tap and large storage cupboard below and cutlery drawer. Above is a drinks cabinet with glass door. Above the sink is 2 storage cupboards we use for food. 4 storage cupboards above the l shape seating area and deep storage under the side seating sofa.
Also comes with everything you need including full awning, rubber mats and carpets and other various bits and pieces. I believe there is also a 3/4 Awning beneath the bed which we have never used. There are 2 x wheel locks (see pic), a hitch lock, 2 x gas bottles 1 is 3/4 full the other is empty, 2 aquarolls, 1 x wastemaster, a storage box at rear of van, various boxes of pegs, ladder bands and storm straps that will come with the van. It will be deep cleaned inside and out before it goes.
Although it is carpeted inside, the loose fitting carpets are also under the bed. It is on a seasonal pitch in Paignton and if the buyer would like to keep it there, subject to agreement with the site, the pitch fees are £2950 per year including winter storage. just have to pay electric on top.
Only need your clothes, bedding, cutlery and pans and your ready to go.
