The gas supply for the caravan is piped and billed quarterly, so no gas bottles.

The caravan is a 2018 model however wasn't commissioned until 2021 when we bought it due to the sites being closed over covid they couldn't advertise their vans.
We have had our caravan for 5 years, loved having our weekends and holidays here, we're gutted but we are not using it as often as we would like due to kids weekend commitments.

Site is open 1st weekend in March to 1st weekend in January.
Site fees are currently £4900 and would be due for the new season so please bare this in mind as this would be due to the site onto on our asking price.
