Description
Lovely clean static caravan. Open plan living/dining/kitchen so flexible for your own furniture. This has been our family home for almost two years while we renovated our house. Full size shower room.
Currently no boiler as our plumber connected it to our house boiler for hot water straight from the mains (best showers!👌) You could do this, put in a new boiler or just an electric shower.
3 bedrooms. 35 ft x 12 ft
Double glazing.
Electric fire in living room and wall heater in bathroom.
We had mini electric oil heaters through winter and they were perfect for us.
