Very sadly we have decided to sell our “second home “ It is 2009 Delta Haulfren 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom static van on a large plot on Cardigan View nr Porthmadog. The second bedroom is 2 single beds but as per the photo we use as a double.
Direct access to the beach and is owners only, indoor swimming pool , gym, sauna and children’s play area. We have a reception and games room where social functions are organised.
We have full use of all the facilities at Haven Greenacres Holiday Park next door including 15% discount on all food, drink etc.
Very important point is that there is no age limit on the vans here as long as they are kept in good condition, lots of sites have a 15 yr rule
The site fees for a new owner will be £6750
We are looking for around £6,000 for the van and all contents, ready to go and enjoy .
