Lovely, well-cared for example of Swift Moselle static caravan on quiet,rural,scenic site a mile and a half from Alston, Cumbria. Peaceful location on edge of site. House move out of area necessitates sale.
The caravan is spacious and in very good condition with everything in good working order-fridge freezer (2 years old) recently stained decking, boiler serviced, double glazing, gas fire. The open-plan living room, dining area and kitchen is spacious -with two large sofas, dining table for 4 and great kitchen. There is a smaller bedroom with two single beds/overhead storage(can be pushed together as a double) and a large bedroom with en suite toilet/washbasin and lots of wardrobe and storage space. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, toilet and washbasin and cupboard/ shelves. There are wooden blinds at every window except bedrooms.
We bought the caravan in May 2024 as a shell and are selling it reluctantly.
We have fully furnished/equipped the van and are happy to leave most of what we bought to any buyer included in the sale price e.g. most kitchen equipment, 40 inch smart tv, bedroom curtains, vacuum cleaner, large outside storage box, 4-seat black patio set etc (Full list available on contact) So this would make an excellent starter caravan with only duvets and pillows to buy initially!
We are asking £17, 250 for our lovely caravan and most of the contents which will save a buyer an awful lot of money! No time-wasters, please and no offers. The site fees are viable until the end of 2026. Annual fees are £2,600 payable in Sept/Oct for a 10 month season (1st March to 1st January)
There are lots of places nearby to visit with absolutely stunning scenery surrounding you all the time. We love this place!
