The motor mover is in full working order, making positioning the caravan easy. The space heater, water heater and all electrical systems are working correctly.

Inside, the caravan is clean and comfortable, with the practical fixed-bed layout making it ideal for family trips and longer stays. There is some minor age-related wear, including small areas where the wallpaper/paper has peeled, but nothing that affects the functionality of the caravan.

Included is a Kampa porch awning with two sections, which is in very good condition with no rips, tears or holes.

For additional security, the caravan comes with a tow-bar lock and stabiliser locks.
