Honest Points (Priced accordingly for a quick, transparent sale):
The Mattress: Has a few small rips and ideally needs replacing. Most buyers prefer putting a fresh mattress in a secondhand fixed-bed caravan anyway for hygiene reasons, Bathroom Sink There is a cosmetic crack in the plastic bathroom sink. It has never leaked or affected use (it didn’t bother me as I just used the kitchen sink), but it could do with a standard plastic replacement if you want it perfect and Curtain Rail: One curtain needs to be glued back onto its tracking rail (a 5-minute fix) its also has Mover but need new battery's in remote other than that the caravan is mint no damp no leaks ready to go other than the bad points mentioned its ready to go has full brand new Awning set costing £1500 this was unboxed and never used this will also be thrown in the sale and could do with a new leisure battery as had to throw the old one but all electrics work there is a gas tank with some gas still in comes with loads of stuff with it haven't got time to list it all but all power leads extentions everything you need £2000 ovno or swaps
