It’s been very well looked after internally for its age.

Externally it’s been well looked after for its age and only has minor marks. Please remember this is far from a new caravan.

Both tyres are in excellent condition.

It tows very well and all external towing lights are working, 7 Pin plug for towing lights.

Total Length including the A frame is 22.4FT and External width is 7ft.

Unladen weight is 1070KGS and Fully Laden is 1300KGS. Very Light weight.

Everything works as it should and will be shown working to the new owner.

I am being upfront and honest with what im selling. There’s a few cosmetic bits to mention. First one being there is some slight softness either side of the front windows which i have pictured. All external awning rails. Wheel arches, Front and Rear Awning rails and above all window hinge bars have been over sealed. 2 Small areas of delamination on the floor, this is purely where it’s been used over the years and unless told you wouldn’t know. The front middle window has some hair line cracks in which again have been over sealed. The window itself does not leak and is water tight. The shower tray has a few splits in and again this has where it has been walked on over the years. The shower itself has never been used as on site facilities.Front cushions have some splits on the fabric.All of the above does not affect using the caravan in anyway. It has been well maintained throughout its life. The rest of the caravan is fine.

Currently owned for the last 14 years and has had 1 previous owner before.

Please remember this is not a brand new caravan and has been used, It does have some minor marks and being upfront and honest with what im selling.

For the caravans age it’s has been very well looked after other than the points i have made above.

It has been valeted inside and out including all of the lockers and roof. Spotlessly clean throughout.

The caravan is Cris Registered with document present and Various manuals for appliances and 2 sets of keys.
