2 Berth Lightweight Caravan
For sale is a lovely, well-maintained 2004 Avondale Avocet. This is
a highly sought-after 2-berth lightweight caravan, making it
incredibly easy to tow, even with a smaller family car.
It is a fantastic specification for its age, priced fairly to reflect some
minor cosmetic imperfections, and is ready to take straight on
holiday.
Key Features & Specification
• Layout: Classic 2-berth with a spacious front lounge that
quickly converts into a large, comfortable double bed.
• Kitchen: Fully equipped with a hob, oven, grill, and a 3-way
fridge/freezer.
• Washroom: Generous end washroom featuring a separate
shower cubicle, cassette toilet, and washbasin.
• Climate & Comfort: Fitted with an upgraded roof extractor/
cooling fan for excellent ventilation on warm days.
• Water System: Features a rare and highly convenient
onboard water tank, alongside standard external hook-ups.
• Heating: Blown air heating system to keep you warm and
cozy.
Condition & Honest Imperfections
The caravan is clean, tidy, and smoke-free, but please note the
following age-related points which have been factored into the low
price:
• Side Panel Cosmetics: There is some minor past damage to
the exterior side panel, including a small filled/sealed dent on
the main panel and some surface wrinkling/blemishes next to
the external locker door (as shown in the photos). This is
entirely cosmetic and sealed.
• Heater Speed: The blown air heating system is fully functional
and blows hot air, but the fan currently only operates on one
speed setting.
This is a brilliant, affordable starter caravan or an upgrade for
someone looking for a lightweight, premium-spec tourer without a
massive price tag.
