OLD BUT STILL GOOD AS GOLD
She has had a fair amount of use over the years and still in great condition for her age and still plenty of life left in her as she's been loved and looked after incredibly well! But please manage expectations for as there is some age related wear and tear and imperfections here and there Selling only due to buying a motorhome. Still reluctant to let her go but needs must!
Still almost completely original with few modifications I am trying to be as thorough and honest on the description to try and avoid confusion and questions . Although she's old and not perfects she really is still a lovely tidy starter van if you can manage the few quirks , I have not seen a nicer newer or tidier van for less , floor is solid .Original heating not used for a while and replaced with a small electric heater and oil radiators for some time not affecting the van in any way when staying warm is required ,also brought a 8kw diesel heater with thermostat and remote control worth over 100 I've yet to connect , gas has been completely disconnected but could be re connected if required , we simply haven't needed it since removing the cooker and instead use an air fryer hob top stove and microwave to cook creating more storage cupboard space see pictures , fridge ,water ,electric and sockets ect all working fine last time they were used and checked less than a month ago!
Yes there is a small amount damp around one window on the front that is treatable this is very common for vans of this age but also very minimal and no smells or visible signs of spread and windows and awning rail would benefit from resealing and puttying due every few seasons but haven't had the time with all the wet and cold so tapped over as a temp just for now , was a 4 birth but 2nd bunk has been removed as our son has got bigger and needed more room . Folding Side table, fully removable carpets front to back wood effect vinyl underneath. water pump, 40L aqua roll, 40M hook up lead , air fryer and 32 inch Panasonic smart TV. All this will all be included alongside anything else I find for it in the meantime.
