The caravan is fitted with the desirable alde wet central heating, basically digitally controlled central heating like you’d have in the house.

It’s a 4 berth with sought after fixed island bed off the rear wall and centre washroom layout and comes with all the fixtures and fittings you’d expect in the modern caravan of today. It has the bailey award winning alu tech system so damp is a thing of the past in the roof and side walls as there’s no wood content, have a Google of ‘Bailey alu tech’

I personally know the history of this van and it’s not been used much and been towed about 200 miles since new.

The condition can only be described as immaculate throughout and the caravan has seen very little use in its life and is as good as you will find for the year and you will struggle to find a better example given it’s age. Huge saving off a new one.
