Plus you get also the pre-installed site ramtech alarm already pre-fitted & all bed fair and new mattresses & all bed duvets & full linen are wrapped up & been fully cleaned..& a new counter fridge/freezer & all the main beds and kettle & toaster
microwave & cooker all main utensils & tv arieal & sky dish plus the accommodation as been a [Non smoking van] & as be no pets caravan since it as be owned by us for any new owners for there immediate enjoyment (all clean) is ready to go for right price.

This accommodation is a 3 berth it in excellent working order as all be tested as been kept very well maintained every year.. I have had no issues since owned. the price is reasonable & very fair & half to the total I paid for it [From New] in 2005 with some updates since i have owned it upholstery & update carpet in lounge & corridor rooms original colour. Newer mattresses & new under counter fridge/freezer. genuinely maintained keep it reasonable. Lots from experience i seen lots worse then this one!

Few external minor issues dealt with when new ownership we are full aware of! Still excellent working order as for new ownership opportunities

Price is a reasonable price & this go be the last reduction i will be considering (the final price drop)
and to what I will be including as a Pre-Start up static caravan for anyone & the extras e.g. Full Linen! & inventory as stated and other listed items are included plus i like to get a reasonable selling return on set price.
