Coming from or intended for a 1980s or 1990s Mercedes-Benz model I would guess, though it could also be an aftermarket accessory by Momo or similar (though please note there are no such brands or trademarks printed or stamped anywhere on it).
Very good tidy condition with only a couple of very minor marks. Has been thoroughly cleaned.
