Ford Mondeo Estate Econetic Tdci Black 2015 1.5 Diesel For Spare Parts

Cam belt (timing belt) snapped on 14/03/26 when driving, therefore there’s unknown damage to inner engine parts. I’ve been quoted £1400+ to have the engine resurrected. A non starter and beyond my budget to have the engine repaired or replaced. 

Some work and new parts had been made/replaced to the vehicle: clutch & flywheel (Feb ‘23),  new rear bumper (Nov ‘24), power steering rack (Aug ‘25), 4x tyre pressure sensors (Jun ‘25), new stop/start battery (Feb ‘25), intake pipe (Jan ‘26) all new brake pads & discs (Feb 26). Recall carried out for airbag (Oct ‘23).

There are some chippings mainly on front of bodywork (consistent for its age) and light scratches on sides. A couple of rust patches on top of windscreen. A small chip on windscreen (near side).  There is no boot cover (spring broke ages ago).

Unless you are an engine restorer, vehicle is good for stripping other parts for this low manufacture number of this model. I can’t be arsed to strip it into millions parts and wanted it gone in one whole piece.

Viewing can be arranged and you’ll need to organise to tow it away if buying it. No tyre kickers please as the tyres won’t suddenly fall off ha ha!
