Fiat 500L Modern Classic for Spares or Repairs

Offered here is this modern classic Fiat 500L

Owned and dry stored by me for over 11 years awaiting restoration but reluctantly for sale as its not going to be improved any time soon. I was drawn to this initially as it had not been previously
restored.

Purchased from the south of England, complete as shown in the early images. Initial enthusiasm saw this running, using the starter positioned between the front seats. New exhaust, a couple of new tyres and some new panels were purchased and are included with the car. Some front panels were removed as shown in later images - all panels for these cars are readily available and at very reasonable cost - cheaper than Classic Mini panels!

Whilst the car has been stripped down, all the parts removed, seats, glass, doors, interior trim etc are all here and have also been dry stored. Mechanically it has not been touched, engine was running but most likely will require some 'tinkering' having been stored for some time. The car is sat on its four wheels and will roll freely for loading.

It was on French/Italian plates when purchased and although 'paperwork' was promised by the previous owner, this never materialised. Some email exchanges took place with the Italian Fiat500 Club with a little progress made on identifying date of production - confirmed as February 1969. The car has the VIN stamped on the bulkhead behind the fuel tank and on a VIN plate included. It has never been registered in the UK and is therefore offered without paperwork for spares, repairs or restoration.

This will, given sufficient effort make a decent modern classic, it has not been previously restored and does not have 'glossy paintwork' hiding 'botched' repairs - WYSIWYG
