For Sale: 1275cc A-Series Engine

I am selling a 1275cc A-Series engine that I originally purchased for my "Frogeye" Austin-Healey Sprite project. Plans have since changed, and I never got around to fitting it, so it is now surplus to requirements.

History & Condition:

Origin: This engine came out of a mid-60s MG (likely a Midget).

Status: It was running when I purchased it.

Storage: It has been stored in my dry garage for approximately one year.

Current State: The engine turns over freely by hand and looks to be in generally good condition externally.

Terms of Sale: While I bought this with every intention of running it as-is—and I genuinely believe it to be a good unit—it is a classic mechanical item with unknown internal history. Therefore, I am selling it sold as seen with no guarantees or warranty given or implied.

Inspection: Potential buyers are very welcome to come and inspect the engine and satisfy themselves with the condition before buying
