Description
This antique pair of pre-WWll cast steel wheels.
Made of cast iron. A very robust pair of heavy wheels. 5-bolt pattern. Possibly ex GPO or the Bournemouth Water, established in 1863, who were the legacy water company for the Bournemouth area.
They have been stored for years and are rusty, needing TLC, but otherwise sound.
One tyre shredded, the other intact. I would say that neither is to be relied on.
Wheel rim diameter 21in and 3 1/2in hub diameter approx.
