Just had new Brembo grooved and dimpled discs and brembo pads fitted front and rear.

All running gear in good condition 4 motion works with no issues clutch / Flywheel and 6 speed gearbox in good smooth running condition no issues.
Standard suspension no knocks or rattles or untoward noises runs smooth.
Window regulators just fitted (common fault)
2 x Keys
V5 present 4th owner since new owned since 2024.


New timing belt kit fitted at 113k by previous garage I bought the car from Gates power grip kit failed at 114,887 miles due to the timing tensioner had loosened under load and sheered off slipped belt ( seemingly another common issue with these BKD engines.

Engine was stripped and the inners of the head cleaned out and rebuilt with new rocker arms inlet and outlet valves rocker cover gasket and vacuum pump gasket new bolts fresh filters oil , coolant ect.

Where the timing tensioner bolts to the engine that had to be drilled out re threaded and heli coiled fitted with a new INA timing kit at 114.887 miles it torqued up fine engine fired straight up and ran really well for 560miles started first time every time been driven everyday back and forth to work since the rebuild no running issues was about to change the oil again 19/2/26 checked the tensioner and it’s lost torque bolt is loose timing belt still taught think I got it before any damage.
Been parked up since 19th of February 26 so only a few days will need trailered away.

Spent a fortune on this in my ownership unfortunately selling as spares or repair needs an engine or another head all engine auxiliaries on this are good so would just be a swap over
It’s a clean mk5 3dr 4motion not many of these around.
