Here’s a great little 4x4 tractor at very sensible money, probably the best starting tractor we have had in the yard this year, just show it the key and its away, see it run about and well demonstrated in our YouTube demo video.

The 14hp 3 cylinder diesel engine starts immediately and runs well, all the gears select in all the ranges and the clutch is smooth with no judder, pulls very well, the lift arms are working quickly and smoothly, stopping in any position with weight on and the multi speed PTO selects and stops as it should, new set of CAT 1 link arms and a top link just fitted, factory tow hitch point is hiding under the PTO cover. 4x4 tested and working correctly, again see the demo video.

Very light, nimble and easy to drive, simple clutch, brake, accelerator, it has good turning circle, great in tight spots. Brakes are sharp and you can leave it on a steep hill with the parking brake on. Oil and water in the right places and all the levels checked (see pics), we have also checked the front axle and rear end oils, all the grease points have been topped up and everything lubricated,

Approx model year 1980’s, electronic free simple old school mechanical tractor, no chips or sensors to fail, no technicians or laptops required to service or repair. It’s not new and it’s not new tractor money, it has only 46 hours on the clock (assumed 1046 as only 999 hour clock) but we can’t confirm these low hours but there is no wear to the pedals or footplates, it’s a direct Japanese import and they always come with low hours, parts available in the UK, it’s a Yanmar not some unheard of brand.

Tyres are all ok, fronts showing age the rears are better but still ageing, they all stay up with no slows or leaks and are all tubed so it’s only the outer shell that’s letting go, One headlight working, bulb is fogged in other.

The rotovator is free with the tractor if required, it spins freely and smoothly with all the blades intact and present, no vibrations when at full speed, it’s a clip off model, takes less than 1 minute to remove and a couple of minutes clip the link arms back on.

Handy tactor at handy money, all working as it should and no complicated electronics to let go.

Local delivery within 20 miles of Carlisle is normally for free, further afield we can deliver to most of the UK direct on our own transport for £1 per road mile (it will not be delivered by crow) one way from Carlisle, please ask for a price.
