Description
Have used this for kayaks for the last 15 years, and it has been kept in a garage, solid dry wood panels. The wooden frame can be unbolted and I do have the old tarpaulin for it. Haven't used it for a couple of years but electrics did work, haven't got a car with a towbar now so can't test it.
