Cherished Registration Numbers all on retention certificates with £80 DVLA fee paid and included in prices.
All plates over £1000 would be via a reputable broker.
Private seller so no VAT.
Retention certificate posted RM signed for after payment, or I can assign to a car for you using the DVLA online service.
Most plates are 50% or less than their online plate dealer valuations.
