Fantastic condition of the van, the low mileage, and all the extras included. No offers accepted below the asking price. Passed mot having needed only one new tyre and some welding done to underside of van at tailgate, the full mot to July 2026, super low mileage, just 27,800 miles approx at time of posting ad, and the immaculate condition of the engine. Only had one previous owner, NHS and used it for transporting bedding and towels between Ayrshire hospitals so no heavy use. I've also had work done to keep it in tip top condition like renewing the sills, new tyres, etc. Paperwork available.
Everything you could want for either touring, or living in the van is included in sale as it all has to
go.

Fully insulated. carpeted, curtained and
colourfully decorated throughout with lovely blue skies mural on ceiling. Double gas hob and grill, huge 80 litre water and waste tanks, full electrics, 12 volt and 240 volt electrical systems (12 volts constantly topped up by a large solar panel on roof, and charging zig unit whilst on site with hook up, (also included), so you always have electricity. Full gas canister with regulator and gas level gauge, fully equipped kitchen with said hob/ grill, gas and electric kettles, and an electric toaster too. Dishes, pots n pans, cutlery. 12 volt cool box also included in sale. Separate toilet cubicle, with porcelain sink, and fitted
porta loo, plus lots of storage for towels, toiletries, etc. Toilet waste and waste water
access to outside. The grey waste water drains
out over waste drain so no lugging heavy water tanks around. Fresh water tank filled via inlet flexi hose and tap adapters also included in sale. Dressing area, clothes storage, hangers, shelving. Cosy floor space for dogs bed tucked
in out of the way. if you have one. Even has a doggy seatbelt fitted to keep the mutt secure when you're driving. But if you don't have a dog the area can be used for storage, etc. (I had a
small music studio setup in it for a summer . Permanent large double bed, with super comfy memory foam mattress - it's excellent. I'm 6 foot 1 so needed a large bed, When not in use it rises up to the roof so you don't have the hassle of making the bed up every night, or taking it down and having to stow it away in the morning like you have to do in so many campervans. It's just a hassle you don't need. With this van you just press a button and hey ho, away it goes, up out of the way. Large insulated and carpeted storage area beyond bed for extra blankets, pillows, etc. When bed is raised you can walk under it through to front cab.
Loads of space in accommodation. Very comfortable Ikea seating for 2. The van was built for 2, but it could easily be adapted to include another bed / seat to sleep 2 others if you wanted, as van was purposefully built to be versatile.

Huge picture window's with plastic glass for safety, curtained, window frames are wood effect plastic boards so no maintenance required. They will last a lifetime.
Included in sale is a 22 inch smart tv, and a Bluetooth stereo speaker that you can connect your phone or tablet to, for music, podcasts radio, etc. Sounds great and is easy to use Inbuilt CD and radio in front cab.
Out through the full width double wood and a glass doors. At rear there is the tailgate which is covered in artificial grass, great for sitting out on when the suns out, remember this is Scotland though lol.

There is also a the attachment for hooking the dog up to so he can run along behind the van while your driving. (joke lol). When not in use a roller shutter door secures the van at the rear. Alarm and immobilizer that can be disabled if required. 2 keys available.
This is a rare bargain what with the long mot,
the fantastic condition of the engine, the super low mileage, and only one owner prior to conversion to a campervan, and everything that is being included in the sale, Sensible offers only please.
Anyone looking for a live-in campervan will love this van as it is so spacious, and comfortable, with all the amenities you could want included Fully insulated throughout, behind the walls, underfloor, and 8 inch thick wool fibre insulation in the roof space overhead so it's equally Cosy and warm in the winter. Included in sale is also a night heater, oil filled with timer thermostat so safe to leave on at night should you need it. There is also a fitted skylight / roof vent above the living accommodation for when it gets hot and sunny, as well as inlet vents to the rear so fresh air.
Van drives well with no issues whatsoever and starts 1st time every time, needs to be seen
to be appreciated.
