Description

Immaculate and well looked after Motorhome.
Upon entrance there is a lounge sofa which can easily slide out into a double bed or two singles, which are very comfortable and good quality.
The two front seats can swivel into captains chairs and there is a flat table that can be adjusted to meet the passenger seat.
The kitchen is brilliant with plenty of work space and a 4 ring gas hob, grill and oven. It has a twin sink, one of which can be used as a drainer and has a water purifier installed. The kitchen area also includes a 3 way fridge/freezer.
The flooring is laminate effect and easily cleaned. Towards the rear of the van, you will find a wet room with 360 degree waterproof curtain, vanity unit, pull down sink which has the shower head that you can extend to use for your showers and a compact toilet.
There is ample storage for all your camping gear.
It has an electric Fiamma awning and includes a solar panel and Tv Ariel with flat screen TV. It also benefits from an electric sturdy step to assist getting into the van entrance and grab rail in both the entrance and the shower room.
It is fully installed with Remmis blackout blinds and benefits from a lovely electric roof window which can be beneficial when you want to check those stars out. The diesel heater is amazing and heats the van extremely fast. The motor and controller has recently been replaced and in good working order.
There is a tow bar which was updated in march this year.
Recently fitted a vehicle battery and 2 leisure batteries and starter motor.
New cam belt fitted (June 2022) and good service history. Mot’d until May 2026 with some advisories of slightly worn tyres and slight noise on the wheel bearing.
New water tank fitted in March this year and larger waste pipe added. Also, break callipers and rear brake pads. Serviced in September 2025. All invoices will be provided and service history. Manuals and camper information is all there.
