4 berth/belts 58k miles, belt & pump done @46k, good history 2 owners. Manuals/books present, great condition for age, awning. Hab all working order. Large separate shower, basin, toilet. Trauma mains/gas hot/cold water with. 3 way fridge freezer, 4 hob gas oven with overhead reversable extractor fan. Trauma mains & gas heating, solar panel, leisure battery. Over cab double bed/storage area with ladder access. Foldaway table, seating with spare covers that convert into a double bed. Both cab seats rotate for extra seating. Electric windows Add on dash mount dashcam & reversing cam & phone linked sat nav. 4 new tyres & good spare wheel underneath. Tow bar with electrics. There was a leak (moisure signs are evident in roof but doesn't stop use at all) previous owner had the seams butyl taped in Nov 2023, may need re-doing. Sunlights may need silicone sealing this season. 30 plus all-weather use last year. Underside is good. Price accounts for age & condition willing to negotiate to allow for some work to be done.
