The conversion:
All insulated with a full vapor barrier and then cladded over. Floor insulated with kingspan boards and plywood ontop

Grey water tank with solenoid valve to empty (operated by a switch from within the cab)
2x large gas hobs
12v 200ah Renogy li-Ion Battery with Bluetooth function so can be monitored via app.
60amp Renogy DC-DC battery charger with solar input. When leisure battery is full, the solar charges the starter battery when van is off. Has Bluetooth function so all monitored via app. (App can also be installed on the android head unit)
2000w inverter (4000w peak). Can be plugged into mains to run van off the mains.
175watt Renogy solar panel (room on roof for more but I needed the roof space for surfboards)
Renogy ONE core off-grid monitor - displays off-grid info, can also be set up with smart switches.
12v 50 Litre compressor fridge with freezer section - can run fully off the solar, will run off the battery alone for days
2x 240v sockets
Large sink with hot and cold water
Rear outdoor shower with hot and cold water (new faucet required but all piping in place) my

The Van:
Currently on 145k miles
Classed as a Motor Caravan in the logbook
Just had an MOT put on, passed with no advisories. Any work required for MOT was done.
Regularly serviced by myself. Always bought service parts directly from Mercedes commercial.
New ECU - when I bought it, it had a corrupt MAP on it, causing some weird faults. ECU was replaced and coded by Mercedes commercial and has been perfect since. (MAP was nice though)
Brand new propshaft
New steering rack
New alternator
Rear differential drained, inspected and new Merc oil put in.
New ABS sensors all round
Drivers rear has new half shaft and new wheel bearing
Brakes and pads in good condition
New handbrake shoes
New rear door seal
The clutch release bearing is noisy when clutch is pressed and has been for some time, clutch is fine, bearing is just noisy, been like it for a while
Van will come with an icarsoft mercedes Benz OBD2 diagnostic computer, I bought it when it had the ECU issue and has been useful for issues and servicing. Can be used to code injectors, force DPF regen, love data and a lot more.
Has some cosmetic work that needs doing, there's a dent on passengers rear panel that needs some work (I bought it like this and it never really bothered me)
There's a rust spot on a drivers side rear panel, seems to be a common place for these
Rear door central locking doesn't work (purchased like this). Has a bolt lock on the rear which works well.

Only reason I'm selling is as it's been unused for over a year now as I work away alot and don't have the time to use it. Just had alot of work done to get it roadworthy and in an honest sellable condition. Still needs some interior work doing to finish it but nothing major

Paint work needs a good polish, after that it will look much better.

Drove it from UK to France, across Spain and into Portugal and back, didn't miss a beat!
