1989 Merc Hymer S700 LHD £18,000 ono. September MOT passed first time. I bought the Hymer a couple of years ago and have used it as a live in vehicle and workspace since then travelling and working around the UK. In the last 2 years all the tyres have been replaced, the rear springs updated from 5 to 6 leaves. A new Thetford heating system installed, new solar controller, reconditioned prop shaft with all original bearings replaced. Both rear wheel arches replaced, Steering rack track rod replaced 120,000 miles showing (192,500klm) LHD Caravelle track system allows two belted rear seats that swivel 360° and fold (one under table for when camping). Easy to remove if not required. Water heater and additional air blown heater works perfectly (there are two seperate heating systems installed), 3 way fridge was bought and installed 18 months ago. C1 licence required to drive. Two solar panels charge two new 100AH leisure batteries, 600w inverter. 240v sockets all work perfectly. New engine battery. Rear bike carrier was designed by Hymer for the 1st owner so he could carry a moped, (also v useful for carring extra thetford cassettes/dustbins/bikes etc) Stainless steel water tank and new water pump. LPG tank installed in addition to gas bottles. The Hymer has been my home these last two years and I will be sad to see her go. The vehicle is located near hassocks in east sussex
