The Vehicle:
2007 LDV Maxus, 2.5L diesel, manual gearbox (5 speed). Around 1.9m of interior standing height — most people can move around comfortably without ducking. Current mileage around 120,000 miles — note the odometer was adjusted before our ownership, but mileage is trackable through MOT history. Currently used less than 1,000 miles per year. Full service history including all MOT certificates. MOT valid until 28 May 2027.

King-size double bed that converts into a comfortable dining area with a table and seating for four. Blackout blinds throughout ensure a great night's sleep wherever you're parked up. Seating & Passengers:
The cab seats three with three seatbelts, making this a great option for a couple plus a friend, or a small family. Three people, one van, endless adventures.

Kitchen:
Fully tiled kitchen with two gas hobs, a gas-powered hot water heater, sink with hot and cold water via electric pump, cupboard storage with pots, pans and plates included, and a powerful extractor fan. There's also an electric cool box included.

Bathroom:
Pop-up shower cubicle for off-grid use, plus space for a portable toilet — ideal for longer trips away from facilities.

Heating:
Diesel space heater drawing directly from the main fuel tank — great for spring and autumn camping and keeping things toasty on cold nights.

Electrical:
Independent leisure battery charged via split-charge relay while driving, plus a large roof-mounted solar panel providing around three days of off-grid power. A power inverter feeds a UK 3-pin socket and two USB points. Extension lead included for campsite hook-up.

Water System:
40-litre fresh water tank under the sink (removable for easy refilling). Fine for washing and cleaning.

Gas Setup:
Natural gas bottle included in its own cupboard, supplying the two hobs and hot water heater. Easy to disconnect when travelling.

Ventilation & Security:
Remote-controlled roof vent (Maxxfan), large rear door windows, side window in the sliding door, and a Gold-rated wheel lock for peace of mind.

Navigation:
Included is a TomTom campervan-specific satnav — not your standard car sat nav. This is a dedicated unit designed specifically for campervans and motorhomes, routing you away from low bridges, weight restrictions, and narrow roads that are unsuitable for larger vehicles. These units retail for well over £200 on their own and are an invaluable tool for stress-free travelling — it's a significant add-on that comes with the van at no extra cost.

Outside Space:
On sunny days, this van really comes into its own. A removable portable awning attaches to the side of the van to create a shaded outdoor area — perfect for al fresco dining or just relaxing in the sun. Two comfortable garden chairs are included, so you can set up your little outdoor living room wherever the road takes you.

Bikes:
Rear bike rack carrier fitting up to two bikes — perfect for cyclists wanting to explore new trails.
