Description

Bit of info about the van, it’s a 61 plate iveco Daily Luton 35C13, mot until 31st of July 2026, averages 24mpg but more on a run, it’s been my home for 2 years converting along the way, but looking for a new chapter. It’s on 173K on the 5 speed 2.3 litre turbo diesel engine
Since the mot it’s had a new rear wheel bearing, discs, pads, bearing, calliper and abs sensor on the rear, upper and lower passenger front wishbones and ball joints, drivers front lower wishbone, ball joint and track rod end, needs a tyre on the front soon but I have a tyre ready to fit.
It has a logburner, diesel heater with outlet to living space and one into shower for drying clothes, 4 berth, couch at the back doubles as a queen double bed. Single full-size mattress in the overcab Luton part, 3rd bed made up by the ‘dining area’ either side of the door giving a 6foot long, 80cm wide single bed. 2x usb sockets in front Luton bedroom, and 2x usb sockets next to couch.Pull cord light in bathroom, chemical toilet in the shower, 85L water tank in shower room, with pump, accumulator and inline filter, 8mm pvc cladding installed along with a fancy bead filled shower head and mixer lever controls, 25L underslung waste water tank with custom bracket. Water tank feeds to an 8LPM lpg boiler at the rear of the van behind the shutters, and then back to the kitchen sink and shower as hot water, cold water straight from tank to outlets, water fill point with key on the external wall. 2x 230AH AGM batteries, electric hookup point, 2x 405W solar panels on the roof going to an Edacoa hybrid invertor giving 3000W/3300W peak, there’s a DC/DC charger from the van battery to the leisure batteries, a 12v system aswell as a 24v system, also the 230V shore power via 2 outlets, one is used by the fridge, Maxxair fan on the ceiling, pine cladded ceiling and plywood walls. Van is insulated with 25mm Celotex all round, being doubled up on the ceiling giving 50mm on the ceiling. The oak worktop and pine floor are stained, and kitchen is varnished and doors and drawers painted.
Does not have a tail lift, it just weighed too much to keep it.
It has its gripes as with things this age and mileage, needs a bearing which I’ll supply with it, door latch, and lights on the dash but does not affect in any way, it’s good to go
