Ford, TRANSIT CUSTOM, Panel Van, 2017, Manual, 1996 (cc)

Description

Here for sale is my much loved ex virgin media converted camper van. It is the standard wheelbase with a higher roof. I bought it 2 years ago but I'm moving abroad so sadly have to let it go.

Since I've had it, it's been maintained to a high standard following manufacturer guidelines.
This year it has had new suspension bushes and arms, new rear light module, new brake pads and a full service. It runs great.

Modifications as follows:
- dodo soundproofing and insulation matting throughout
- van fleece thermo insulation in cavity spaces
- tongue and groove timber roof
- bespoke above cabin storage and bespoke bulk head with underseat storage
- timber storage unit
- integrated tables
- pull out king size bed with Emma memory foam mattress
- under bed pull out 'kitchen draw' on rails rated to 80kg
- carpet lining
- maxxfan dome vent (not connected to power but could be)

This was designed to be my quick and easy mountain camper. I purposely did not install any electrics, plumbing or heating so it is essentially a blank canvas still. If so desired all the timber furniture could be easily removed via self tappers, and you could start from a new well insulated shell.

Test drives welcome with proof of insurance.
