Vehicle Description
The base van is a LWB FORD TRANSIT Jumbo 115 T350 RWD 2010 model with 127k currently on the clock. By the time we’re finished we think it’ll have between 130k and 135k. Engine size is 2.4 L.
The van is in excellent condition considering its age.
The van is a Long Wheel Base version with high roof and roof rack. Total length including the ladder and step at the rear of the vehicle is 6.8 meters and the height is 3.1 meters.
Regularly serviced. Some service history is available. Last service was completed on 15/04/26 where we had brand new front discs and break pads installed. (Receipts available)
MOT runs out on 11/03/2027.

-BATHROOM
The chemical toilet (for which we used laundry capsules) locks into place but is removable if and when required for using the shower. Hot water is generated in the Cointra Optima water heater which is powered by gas. The heater has it’s own flue and is enclosed in a kitchen cupboard. There is a mirror and storage baskets. The shower is completely cladded and sealed in PVC panels and sealant with one LED down light on a dimmer switch.
-BEDROOM
Full size double bed (mattress is included) with 43inch head room height so very comfortable to sit up and relax in the private room. The room seals off from a sliding door and is lit by 4 LED down lights on dimmer switches. There is upper cupboard storage along one wall (with magnetic closing) and both sides have lower storage. Theres a cork board and black out blinds on the windows. Ceiling and doors are cladded in a light grey warm carpet.
-KITCHEN
Awesome Camp Chef oven and two ring hob in great condition running on gas. The worktop can be extended to cover the rings when not in use. Belfast sink with running water, Waeco CRX 50 fridge/freezer running from the solar panels and batteries. Upper storage above kitchen bench with quirky jar storage on show. Deep basket below oven for additional storage and a drop down table extending the worktop right out. 3 x LED down lights and an LED strip light above the work top both on their own dimmer switch
HEATING & INSULATION
A multi fuel burner has been safely installed with a twin wall flue system. The copper fire wall reflects off heat preventing the walls getting too hot and is backed up with fire board and a air gap. The fire sits on metal tiles upon more fire board and has storage below. The van has been completely insulated, floor, ceiling and walls with celotex, spray foam and recycled plastic bottles.
REAR DOORS & STORAGE
Double hinged doors allows them to be opened right the way back, perfect when your parked up at a gorgeous view. Theres access to half of the under bed storage from the rear doors. Whilst the other half is accessed from inside the van at the kitchen end. There is a large hidden steel safe (external measurements: H 500 x W 350 x D 300mm), perfectly big enough for laptops, comes with two keys.
-CABIN
All seats swivel around the captain seat and the double bench seat which opens the van right up. Large bulk head storage with secure closing cupboard doors.
-FLOORING
Laminate floor with plastic sound deafening underlay.
-ROOFTOP & CEILING

Fiamma Vent 50 in the bedroom area which opens in all four directions and a Fiamma Turbo Vent 40 in the kitchen which is a high speed 12v air ventilation and extractor system. There is a fire and carbon monoxide alarm fitted in the living area.
Standard weight of the vehicle is 3.5 tonnes.
Waste water tank dimensions 70Lits. The wood burner is currently removed to allow for seating for two people during summer time. During winter months the wood burner can be reinstalled, but still keep one seating place.
The driver’s seat and the two passenger seats can swivel round for additional seating spaces.
