2008 (08) Ford Transit (140 / T350) Campervan

2402cc Manual Diesel engine, which has covered approximately 173,000 miles. Mechanically, the engine and gearbox are faultless. Recent mechanical work carried out includes; all round brake discs & pads and N/S/F wheel bearing, with invoice to prove, at a cost of £545.54. Our mechanic has also replaced the N/S/F drop link, O/S/F wishbone and the clutch cylinder, which totaled £190.00. We are not aware of any other mechanical issues and have traveled recently without any problems. There is also a documented part service history file available for previous repairs / services, which will be passed on to the new owner.

Since owning this campervan, we have had the electrical and battery system safety tested by a local caravan & motorhome service & repair specialist, who was able to rectify a fault concerning the battery wiring. There are currently three leisure batteries on board, which have been tested and rewired in parallel, so that they drain equally. A damp test was also carried out at the same time which returned a negative result.

The campervan features a 4ft fixed small double bed, made up of two brand new single memory foam mattresses. There is ample under bed storage for all of your camping accessories, some of which are included in this sale. At the rear of the van are two cushioned bench seats with storage, which can be transformed into another small 4ft double bed when not in use. There is a built in wardrobe, complete with hanging rail and shelf above. A fixed microwave and a mounted flat TV screen will also be sold with this camper.

A wind-out Fiamma awning is attached to the outside of the camper, along with a "Ring" rear view parking camera and internal viewing screen for driver convenience. The previous owner has also fitted a computer tablet beneath the passenger side sun visor, which we believe has been loaded with satellite navigation.

There are many features and accessories included with this campervan, which make it an attractive purchase to any potential buyer. We can confirm that it's registered as a "motor caravan" on the V5 logbook, making it eligible for cheap campervan insurance.
