Apache 700SE 2008

Same owner for the last 15 years.
Selling due to extremely low use in recent years (looking after elderly mother and uanble to holiday away). Have kept taxed, MoT'd and insured every year. Never failed an MoT.
IMPORTANT: Does have damp on roof at 2 previously leaking rooflights (reasealed) and at offside where dinette window was leaking (resealed). Significantly lower price takes account of this having to be further repaired, as required by new owner.
Some paintwork required on nearside door and nearside wing panel, as seen in included photos. Peeling paintwork only. No other damage to bodywork. Never been in an accident of any kind in the 15 years we've owned it.

Current MoT until April 2027
Cambelt replaced within the last 500 miles.
Engine oil, oil filter and diesel filter all replaced within the last 500 miles.
All 4 tyres have less than 1,000 miles on them. Has spare wheel and tyre included.
6 speed manual gearbox with FIAT cruise control.
Cab air conditioning, as standard and is in working order.
4 belted seats as standard on the Apache 700. Habitation is 6 berth.
Onboard 240v charger and fusebox replaced within the last 1,000 miles
EM40 control unit replaced recently.
Habitation area control panel above door upgraded to digital version (see photos).

Rear air suspension with integral electric pump and dashboard mounted inflation/deflation controls and guage. Improves ride and can be used to level van by separately controlling inflation/deflation of both sides. Also good for getting on and off ferries with steep ramps.
Towbar.
Satellite dome with automatic satellite finder, which locks on to a selectable range of satellites.
Reversing camera with screen mounted on rearview mirror. Can be left running when driving for fulltime rear view of following vehicles or bikes mounted on rear rack.
