We bought this camper in 2020 when our children were 11 and 13. It was the only layout we found that was suitable for our needs.
The bed above the cab is huge. This bed can also slide forward when not in use to give full height headroom from the front seats. The dining area converts to another bed which is double width down to single width at the feet end.

Rear garage which runs the full width with doors on each side.
Easily enough room for BBQ, chairs, table, 2 x inflatable paddle boards, spare wheel plus more. Garage is heated and has plug socket.

3 bike rack on the rear (we put our 4th bike in the garage).

Body is in excellent condition. This is an excellent family motorhome.
