Fiat, DUCATO, 2005, 2800 (cc)

Description

Our beloved Maisie Motorhome needs a new home, as we’re just not using her enough. We have owned her since Oct 2018 and bought her from good friends who owned her for 9 years prior. She has had 3 former owners. She is good condition, everything works as it should with a recent habitation check in September 2026.

She is a top of the range Moho (when new) and has many fitted extras as follows:
• Fitted French bed, with additional foam topper and fitted sheet, therefore the upholstery underneath is as new and the bed is extremely comfortable
• Two bench sofa’s that convert easily to a good size double bed
• Two front seats, Captain chairs which swivel round for socialising
• Full Kitchen which includes:
o Full cooker with grill,
o Full Fridge with freezer sections internally,
o Microwave
o Sink and drainer with worktop cover, which double up as shelving when not covering the sink/drainer
o Plenty of storage, extraction fan.
• Bathroom: Thetford cassette toilet, shower, sink (the shower has a removable hanging rail which our previous friends used when travelling Europe for additional wardrobe space) Shower only been used once or twice during covid
• There is absolutely loads of storage and unlike many newer motorhomes/caravans and cupboards are sturdy and strong. There is a wardrobe, drawers, lots and lots of cupboards and large storage above the cab.
• There is a TV cabinet, which we never used, with an ariel point.
• Reversing camera
• Solar panels
• External gas BBQ point
• Large, clean and grey water tank
• Under bed storage, under bench sofa storage and additional external cupboards
• To include Leisure Battery and Gas tank
• Both leisure and engine battery have isolators for when vehicle in storage
• Effective warm air heating
• All original owner manuals
• MOT until June 27 – mileage 50777
• Cambelt replaced June 23 - 49827
• 4 new tyres
• 2 sets of keys

As you would expect from a 25 year old van, whilst in excellent condition it has usual wear and tear, which I can forward details and photos of if you wish.
This is a very honest van, we have loved and cared for her as did our friends and hope she can find a new home and new lease of life and adventures.

PLEASE NOTE, the map on gumtree is incorrect, I am approx 12 miles south of Norwich
