Description

Brand new conversion done by myself to very high spec finished june 2025. Dvla changed to motor caravan on logbook. £28995.00 ( I am a kitchen and bathroom installer so diversified my skills)
Fully insulated with dodo deadn, dodo mat liner and dodo fleece, curved autotrail doors, slate grey furniture board, 12v fridge, 240v microwave, 130ah battery, 10 way fuse board for 12v lighting etc, 240v mini consumer box, renogy 20 amp dc to dc charger
2 x 100w solar panels ( victron )
Dual solar controller for leisure battery and van battery.
Shower cubicle with bar valve, 30 psi internal water pump, outside water connection to use aquaroll ( included )
Waste pipes from shower and sink to outside, wastehog barrel included
240v outside hook up point
Smev 2 burner hob and sink with fold down tap, campingaz gas bottle and gas locker under sink.
2 swivel captain seats so 2 belted ( i do have the original bench seat so can go back to 3 belts if required, if you want that to swivel a base is 350 pound.
I have done the back as 2 bench seats that convert to a spacious comfy double bed, the front has a bench seat with storage underneath, turn drivers seat around and this makes a single bed.
Storage above cab area
240v hot water heater with push button control.
2 x 450 x 450 opening skylights with blinds and fly screens.
3 x 900 x 450 windows with fly screens and blinds
1 owner citroen relay l3 h2 with 2 services
Will be serviced and new cam belt etc will be done upon sale agreed and deposit taken

This has took around 500 hours labour and 10k in materials( receipts to prove )
Awning rail fitted for awning ( awning not included )
Another rail fitted underside to take a draft skirt
Led light x 8 ( 4 per switch )
Skylights have led lights ( 1 per switch )
This has been primarily built to go on camp sites, although we have been in the van many times and the solar happily powers 12v fridge and all lighting in sunny days.
The table can be used at the back end or lounge end, we have had the bed made up and left up and used lounge end for day times.
If you want to go fully off grid then a diesel heater could be fitted, a lot of people use kroak with built in tank which they run outside and just have the ducting run into the van but there is space under the front bench seat to fit one inside if you wanted.
