Conversion Description

Fantastic family campervan conversion for sale.

This van has had no expenses spared, originally converted in 2022 it is a Citroen Relay L4 H3 2.2l tdi coming with 6 months MOT and stamped service history.

Since purchasing we’ve taken trips to France, Italy, Switzerland as well as multiple UK locations.

The van has all terrain tyres fitted and finished in metallic charcoal on the exterior with paintwork and bodywork in fantastic condition and air con blows ice cold for summer adventures.

The van seats 5 people. 3 at the front and 2 to the rear with top of the range rear seats which fold down flat, fold up straight or can be removed completely to suit your needs.
Swivel seats have been fitted to both the drivers and double passenger seats, giving the van an extra seating area or can be converted into a front double bed.

With 5 belted seats and sleeping space for 4 there’s ample room for the whole family, with a rear dining and seating area and front swivelling seats creating an additional front seating there’s plenty of space for rainy days inside!

With a large fridge and separate freezer compartment this van has had the best of the best fitted throughout, along with full size kitchen worktop and cabinets, with full size oven, grill and hob.

The rear seating quarters doubles as a dining area and double bed which has been built to align with the side windows so sleeping is width ways and comfortable even for me at 6’ 3’’.

There is a separate toilet and already plumbed in fixtures for fitting a shower if this is something you would like. The van has hot and cold running water courtesy of a 100L on board water tank at the rear.

There are lots of cupboards and drawers for utensils, clothes, bedding and a rear garage quarter were you can easily access the essentials and store items.

The campervan’s power comes from a 350w solar panel on the roof, feeding into a Bluetooth Victron 30a mppt 12v and 240v system (which you can monitor via the Victron app on your phone) which distributes the green solar energy into 2x 180ah leisure batteries, (giving 360ah of power in total) meaning this van has plenty of electricity stored and coming through in daylight, enabling you to run a tv, games console, sound bar, laptop, charge your accessories, run the fridge and lights without having to worry about discharging the batteries.

The van has been self-converted in part by the previous owner (a qualified joiner plumber) and also by myself (very meticulous). This month (June 2025) I had some electrical modifications done by Rival Campers in Milton Keynes which are detailed in the specs above.

Any recent renovations have been gearing up to selling. We have a new baby due in September so are needing to let our beautiful campervan move on to its next home. Where possible I’ve tried to make it a blank canvas so you can create your own vision for the space.
